I am in Las Vegas for the International CES 2011–the Consumer Electronics Show. Last night I attended CES Unveiled, a sneak peek for the press. Saw some really cool things that I can’t wait to review. I have a briefing this morning with Lenovo and then booth tours all day tomorrow, Friday and most of Saturday. Keep checking in throughout the week.
The Wall Street Journal did a write-up on AAII’s Investor Sentiment Survey. A weekly poll of AAII members, which began just before the market crash of 1987, the results have been a good indicator of market extremes over the years. Investor bullishness was at its peak just before the 1987 market drop and investor bearishness maxed out right before the market rebound in March 2009.
It’s 48 days until my first CES experience. I can’t wait to attend tech-geek nirvana! Trying to figure out what sessions to attend and setting up booth briefings to learn about all the cool stuff that is being unveiled that week. I am looking forward to wielding my press pass!
